Is there an order minimum?

Nope! Whether you need one or 100, we're here for it!

What is your return policy?

We begin production immediately when an order is paid. Due to the nature of custom orders, we aren't able to provide refunds after payment has processed.
However, we aren't heartless, either. If there is an issue with your order, we wouldn't be able to sleep at night until you are happy!

Can I track my order?

Of course you can! It'd be a little weird if you couldn't, huh? When the order ships, you'll be provided the tracking number so you can count down the minutes until arrival!

How far in advance should I order?

We recommend ordering two weeks in advance, at least!
However, if you have ADHD like we do, we also offer RUSH shipping options (extra fees may apply).

How durable are the props?

We use very high quality materials that are produced by a very detailed oriented team! Because we use 6mm expanded PVC, the props are made to last indefinitely! They will not be damaged by water or use, though they may show some wear and tear after a while, they're made to last event after event to ensure you're getting your moneys worth!!

Do you make custom props?

Does a bear sh............. Er, I mean, YES! We love customs! Use our custom order form above to submit your ideas!

Where do your props come from?

Our props are imagined, processed, printed and packaged on-site as they are ordered! We handle every part of the process under the same roof with a wonderful, dedicated and professional team!

What are the props made of?

Our props are printed on 6mm expanded PVC (That's the best quality you can get!)

This ensure they'll stand up to spilled drinks, kids' fingerprints and all the "YASSS QUEEEN" selfies you can count.

Can the props be sanitized?

Yes! We recommend wiping them with a microfiber or other soft cloth and a mild soap or disinfectant.
If you notice the edges getting dingy, you can gently buff the edges with an emery board or fine grit sand paper!

IMPORTANT-- Alcohol will remove your ink. Do not use any products containing alcohol, bleach or other strong chemicals, as this may degrade or erase your ink.
Buffing the edges will not harm the prop, but it can harm the design! Buff carefully!
